If you want to create your own web pages, there are many places to get help. I graduated with honors in the course for Web Design and Developement. Although I have been designing my own webpages, and repairing computers, as well as helping people solve various computer problems, for 12+ years, I decided a couple of things, #1, I didn't know nearly enough about web design. #2, I love to learn. So, here I am. Truly, these people made learning enjoyable. I can certainly call myself a professional. If you really want to have complete control over how your pages look, then hard code them using whatever html editor you choose. I have used Alleycode, which isn't recommended for Vista, CoffeeCup and various other editors. I currently am (still) learning the ins and outs of using Dreamweaver CS4 by Adobe, which is part of their Creative Suite of products. There are many interesting tutorials out there. If you are interested in learning about web design, follow the links. There are others I haven't listed. Google, or any search engine will provide plenty of leads for you to follow. I have listed some of my favorites.
